How long is too long between posts?
Does anyone know or notice?
These songs were made from Twenty Twenty Two onwards but released in Twenty Twenty Four.
I like to type out the whole year.
I also like to type like George Clanton writes those 100% Electronica emails..
Call it a type of written sampling, if you will.
also, for reference its Twenty Twenty Six.
The songs are listed on the side of the album cover.
Its a mix, but not, like, one I actually DJ mixed..
I call it a Radio Scrub Mix. Listening to it is meant to feel like you're turning the knob on a radio, trying to find a song you want to listen to..

For more backstory - One day, I was stoned and listening to the radio (as you do). I was recording songs using my phone so that I could use them for sampling..
But because I was stoned I forgot about the recorder and let it record about 45 minutes or something. Idk if you know sampling, but this is far too long for one sample.
What it did mean, was that I had all of this in-between stuff.. The parts where the radio presenter says things like "Are you ready?!" or there's an ad for fertility services that is far too close to home, y'know?
To back-track even further - Before I ended up with this too-long-cool-audio-recording, I had been trying to figure out what to do with a huge bunch of songs I'd made. They were all too different from each other to put into an album, and I didnt want to leave them sitting on my computer.
also, a lot of them had no beginning or end..
so, I had an "ah-ha" moment and combined everything into one.
The loops I've made don't need beginnings or ends if they're sitting amongst radio static.

Anyway, I still like this one. I think it's good. I shared it with, like, one friend and two acquaintances at work..
According to bandcamp its low on plays so whoever is reading this now is stepping onto a goldmine of unheard treasure.
I have new music too. I'll be sharing it... soon.. idk if soon is the right word to use on this blog..
